BMS’s response to COVID-19

In light of what has been going on around us with COVID-19, Brandon Maintenance Services has decided to do what we can to keep our tenants and employees safe.

We will be responding to emergency calls and doing what we can for our tenants but the less urgent issues may have to wait until this is all over to be completed.  When you call to report a issue, please let our staff know if you are self isolating, have traveled abroad or have been around people who have just returned to Canada.

Our office is closed to the public but we can be contacted by phone or email during regular office hours.  There is a drop box located beside the front door of the office and this is where you can leave your rent.  Envelopes are provided but please be sure to write your name, address and amount of the payment on the envelope.  Our office is equipped with cameras and a monitored security alarm so please don’t hesitate to leave your rent in the drop box.
